Established in October 2004, Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (SIHC) is a state-owned capital investment platform newly incorporated through the merger of three former state-owned asset operation and management companies. It has grown into a state-owned capital investment company specializing in sci-tech finance, science & technology industrial parks, and emerging and high-end service industries.
In line with Shenzhen’s urban development strategy, SIHC focuses on building three main industrial clusters including sci-tech finance, science & technology industrial parks, and emerging and high-end service industries, and undertakes three core corporate functions including investment and financing, industry development, and capital operation. Serving as the bridge between the government and market, SIHC is now the platform gathering global innovation resources and contributing to Shenzhen’s mission of becoming a modern and innovative metropolis.
SIHC has grown into a large-scale capital investment platform with RMB 28.009 billion in registered capital, RMB 880 billion om total assets, over RMB 210 billion in operation income and RMB 30 billion in annual profit.
